Although this item is not Aussie stock, it comes with 12 months manufacturer warranty from its origin. However, we offer you 1 year Australia local Warranty. If your product encounters problems, you are not required sending it long way back to overseas with high postage cost. What you need to do is apply for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email and send your item back to our Australia local office. We will forward the phone back to its original country of purchase for repair or exchange with manufacturer within 12 months of purchase. Buyer is only liable to pay the shipping cost to Australia local office. Please keep the invoice for warranty purposes.
