We've been using Bluehost since 2008 for our company website and it's
been pretty much flawless and easy to use up until they made recent
changes here in 2016.
We are a Bluehost Pro customer. Bluehost now has issues that are
effecting our business. Please note that we've changed nothing on our
end... 1. It's suddenly become very difficult to get logged in... takes
several very slow attempts with error messages. 2. All of our password
protected directories had to be removed from our site because the
password protection is suddenly gone even though the directory settings
reflect the protection. 3. As of today, March 11, 2016... we cannot
connect with support there! 1 minute posted wait time on chat goes for
more than 30 minutes without response (now 5 days in a row). 4. I can't
imagine how frustrating this would be for someone who hosts multiple
domains via Bluehost. Whatever changes Bluehost has made to modernize
their services, need to be fixed or we will have no choice but to find
another provider. :
